Lonnie Mayne is the founder and CEO of Red Shoes Living. Previously, he was President of InMoment, one of the largest and most respected customer experience optimization companies in the world. He worked closely with the the leaders of well-known global brands across 25 vertical markets, helping them to differentiate their brand stories through exceptional customer experiences.
Lonnie built a team of Red Shoes leaders who grew the business more than 800% over a ten-year period.
